cara menguruskan pipi
Assalamualaikum
it's almost lunch time!sikit2 tgok jam...sikit2 jam tgok kite..hehe...x sabau nk g makan dh ni...tapi sambil2 tu ecah ade mende nk share ngn korang....
penah rase badan kecik, tapi pp tembam x?or, bia la bdnku berisi, asal pp jgn tembam sgt...sob2...kalo korang penah rase mcm tu, well..korang x keseorangan....kita serupaaaa..hehe
dulu kn, ecah x amek tau pon psl tembam ke ape ke...tapi, ape yg ecah amalkan ni, ecah x perasan hasil die mcm tu sekali...kira dua dlm satu la..seronok..when u expect nothing to happens, but it does happened...pergh...syokkk...tp ni dlm kes2 yg gembira la..so, tips ni just popped out from my mind and suddenly i feels like sharing...sharing is caring rite???
okeh, mase form 6 dlu, ecah suke kunyah chewing gum..hari2 kompem akan kunyah...lame gak la mende tu berlarutan...stock chewing gum mmg ade dlm beg...xtau knape...mende tu mcm some sorts of denial..mase form 6 dlu ecah mmg bnyk life crisis which is i don't want to be there..so bnyk mende yg otomatik berlaku mcm kunyah chewing gum, suke skipping, jogging round pdg, xnak mkn (which is mmg gile2 x makan!)..tapi bab pipi ni betol..
lame2, ecah perasan yg pp ecah ade shape sikit...dh x tembam...siyesli cm wahhh...bdn chubby weh, tp pp selim..mmg syokkk..hehe
sebabnye, ecah suka kunyah chewing gum la...bile korang dok kunyah2 tu, pp rase penat kn?rahang cm kebas jek...tp pd mase yg same sebenarnye korang tgh eksesais muka...seronok tu seronok..sbb ade rasa...fresh, manis n segar...pastu sedar x sedar...lenguh dh pp...hehe...tp jgn riso...kite tgh eksesais...
so, ape kate pd sesape yg rase nk kuruskan pp die tu....selalu2 la kunyah chewing gum....bukan susah pon...tp jgn la kunyah smpai ter twist2 mulut tu..mcm lembu or kambing kunyah rumput...haha..kunyah mcm bese...relax...selambe jek...and, jangan la bile dh kunyah seketul tu, dh abis trus tgok cermin..agak2 la, xkan kurus tang2 tu jugak.....mende ni amek mase....jgn expect tinggi sgt...tp eventually, pp kite akn kecik jugak nnt...
oh ye, disebabkan korang nk buat mende ni rutin, jgn lupa..pilih chewing gum yg sugar free...kalo hari2 mkn 3 or 4 ketul yg manis tu kang dpt penyakit lain plak...huhu
sekali kunyah tu, amek dlm 2 ketul ke..bia impact kite nk kunyah tu besar sikit..sbb kalo seketul je, nnt mcm x puas...n x rase sgt....jgn kedekut, beli sepuluh kotak terus..haha
oh ye!jgn la pulak mntk gambo pipi saye..tu mase 5 thn lepas maaa..ni nk stat balik..HAHAHAHA...*gelakkan diri sendiri..pp ku tembam sudaaaaa*
